Control your connected data
Data & deletion
Stop future Google access
- Open your organization in Foundry and go to Integrations.
- Select the connection and choose Disconnect. Repeat for each account you want to disconnect.
- To revoke Foundry’s authorization at Google too, open Google Account connections and remove Foundry’s access. This can affect other Foundry integrations using the same Google account.
Disconnecting removes Foundry’s saved credentials for that connection and stops future reads and sends. It does not delete data in Google or undo messages already sent.
Delete data already saved in Foundry
Saved project files, reports, conversations, company knowledge, contact metadata, and diagnostic records can remain after disconnecting. Deleting a visible item does not necessarily remove copies from traces, backups, or service providers.
Email [email protected] from your account email. Include your organization name, the connected account or integration, and whether you want specific records or the entire workspace removed. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary message contents.
We verify your identity and authority with your organization, confirm the scope, and coordinate removal from applicable active storage and service providers. We explain the expected timing and any retained records, legal obligations, or backup limitations. Retained diagnostic records currently have no automatic expiry, so include them in a complete deletion request.
For export or correction requests, use the same contact. Read the privacy policy for the types of information Foundry processes.
