Using Foundry
Terms of service
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Foundry, a company AI workspace for ecommerce teams. By using Foundry, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Contact [email protected] about the service or these terms.
Your account and organization
Keep your sign-in credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and report suspected unauthorized access. Organization administrators manage memberships, permissions, and connected accounts. You are responsible for ensuring that you may share the information you upload or connect, including customer and employee information.
Connected services and approvals
You choose which services to connect and grant access through the provider or the integration settings. Third-party terms continue to apply. Grant only access you are authorized to share with your organization. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
Review proposed external actions before approving them. A Gmail send requires separate sending access and approval for that email. Disconnecting or stopping a task does not undo an action already completed.
AI output and your content
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Foundry and its service providers to process that content to provide the requested features, as described in the privacy policy.
AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Check source information and review reports, calculations, and proposed communications before relying on them. Foundry does not replace professional advice or your responsibility for business decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not use Foundry unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, send abusive or unsolicited communications, bypass authorization, access another organization’s data without permission, or disrupt the service. Do not use connected Google data for advertising targeting, surveillance, credit decisions, or general-purpose model training.
Availability, payment, and ending access
Features and third-party integrations may change or become unavailable. Any fees and payment commitments are governed by the commercial agreement with your organization. We may restrict access to address abuse, security threats, or legal requirements.
You may stop using Foundry and ask to close your account or workspace. Disconnecting an integration or ending access does not itself erase retained content. See data and deletion for requests covering saved files, conversations, and diagnostics.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Foundry is provided as available without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. A separate signed agreement with your organization controls if it conflicts with these terms.
We may update these terms as the service changes and will give notice of material changes. The date above identifies this version.
